Scale: construction area exceeds 100,000 ©O.
Location: central and sub-central areas of the cities (hot sections of development, near to the projects developed by famous developer)
Form: mainly residences, some commercial and hotel supporting facilities.
Land cost: the land price is lower than surrounding lands with the same type.
Land state: Cleaned land for residence in the past. All building on the ground have been dismantled and all residents have been removed and resettled after compensation. The land planning purpose has been approved by government |

Simple shareholder structure (overseas background the best)
Wide business relationship locally, and certain advantages and channels to acquire quality lands
Experience in development of comprehensive real estate (residences, commercial building and office buildings; provable local development cases; certain public praises and brand recognition
A set of mature development process and a professional development team |
