For the last five years, our business development focus in the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) economic region, one of China's most economically and culturally developed regions, have led to our investment and management of over 30 projects, with a total value of over RMB 6 Billion. For each of these projects, we leveraged and combined our wide range of resources- local knowledge, investment execution experience and local government relationships - to enhance investment returns.

Land Development Projects
Our hands-on investment execution in a land development project is rooted in and starts with thoroughly understanding the project's local real estate market and its market research studies. We also carefully weight and consider important issues such as China's macro and regional economics and trends, investment structure and financing strategies. By methodically breaking down the project before equity commitment, we work to unmask all the inherent values of the project, and to present our investment partners a truly value-driven global investment opportunity.

Acquisition Projects
Effective and strategic execution is of the essence when it comes to acquiring non-performing assets or existing properties in China. Capturing these fleeting yet highly attractive opportunities require us to quickly evaluate the underlying asset, create value-enhancing investment and financing plans, and resolve any overhanging tax and regulatory issues. Finally we restructure the management setup and reposition the asset to enhance its income-generating capacity and value.
